OFFICIAL RULES 

HOW TO PLAY:
The Majic Trivia contest is held Monday through Friday at approximately 8:10am. 

To participate in the Majic Trivia contest listen to WAJI each weekday at approximately 8:10am to Majic in the Morning. After Majic in the Morning asks the trivia questions, call the WAJI studios at (260) 467-9500, *951 for Centennial Wireless Customers or Choice One Communications toll-free at 1-877-951-WAJI.  If you are the correct caller and you correctly answer the Daily Trivia Question you will win the Daily Prize. If you are the correct caller but do not answer the question correctly then the next caller will have a chance to answer the trivia question.  

WAJI is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals or telephone malfunctions and any other difficulties that may prevent you from completing your call during this contest.  Please dial carefully.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
The contest is open to all WAJI listeners 18 years of age or older and who reside in the Fort Wayne Metro area.  Employees of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., employees of any radio stations in the Fort Wayne Metro area and members of their immediate family are ineligible.  Immediate family members include parents, children, in-laws, spouses, those in spouse-like relationships, and siblings (including those in step and half relations where living in the same household). 

You may win only once every thirty (30) days.

PRIZES:
The Daily Prize changes each week and the approximate retail value of the prizes are between $10 and $100.

You will not be awarded the prize until all eligibility requirements are verified.  The prizes given away are supplied to WAJI in exchange for promotional consideration.

All winners must come to the WAJI studios at 347 West Berry Street Suite 417, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802 with proper identification to claim the prize and sign a receipt. 

If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of the date won, then the winner will forfeit the prize and it will become the property of WAJI. 

Winners receiving over $50.00 in prizes must sign a receipt when claiming their prizes. 

Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
If you correctly answer the Daily Trivia Question you will win the Daily Prize. If you do not answer the question correctly then the next caller will have a chance to answer the trivia question. Majic in the Morning may offer clues to the answer at any time during the contest. They may also accept an answer that is “close” if the contest episode is running long. If no correct answer is given in a reasonable amount of time, no prize will be awarded for that contest episode.  

CONDITIONS:
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.

By participating in the contest, winners agree to allow their name, voice, and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without additional financial or other compensation.

By participating in this contest winners agree to hold WAJI, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest. 

Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.  These rules are subject to the interpretation of WAJI. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WAJI, and such change(s) will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement.

No purchase necessary, the contest is void where prohibited.

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of WAJI.

WAJI is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of any prize.
